A complaint investigation was conducted on 04/11/2019 at Commonwealth Senior Living-Abingdon. The allegations being reviewed were an ant infestation and poor housekeeping practices in the memory care unit of the building. Based on a review of the evidence the complaint was determined to be not valid. No violations are being cited from this complaint investigation. An exit meeting was held with the administrator on 04/11/2019. Please sign the summary page and return a signed and dated copy to the licensing office within 10 calendar days (04/22/2019) of receipt.
