On 5/23/19 Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted unannounced focused monitoring visit to ensure correction of violations cited during 4/24/19 complaint study. Reviewed resident records as well as resident event reports and building escalation hourly summary reports. All previous violations were found to have been corrected. Exit interview was held.
