Census 86 Number of records reviewed and interviews conducted- 2 records, 5 interviews. All facility self-reported incidents since the last inspection were reviewed on this date. There was an allegation that a resident in care was not receiving medications as ordered and medications were not filled as required. The complaint was found to be not valid.
