An announced non-mandated inspection was conducted at the facility to act upon an application for licensure as an assisted living facility that will provide services to individuals with a serious cognitive impairment. Licensing staff reviewed the policies and procedures and inspected the building for compliance. The owner/licensee, administrator and nurse were on site during the inspection. The facility was found in compliance, licensure is recommended.
