Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted unannounced complaint investigation on 7/9/19 regarding alleged exploitation of resident by a staff member. LI reviewed resident record, interviewed resident, and interviewed administration. LI spoke with Executive Director and Director of Nursing. Complaint regarding alleged exploitation of resident is deemed not valid as a preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation. On 7/9/19 Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted unannounced inspection in response to self-reported incident. Reviewed resident records. No violations were cited.
