On 8/13/19 and 8/14/19, Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted unannounced focused monitoring visit to ensure correction of violations cited during 7/11/19 monitoring study. Reviewed resident records and medication administration records. All previous violations were found to have been corrected. No additional violations cited today. Exit interview held.
