An unannounced 60 day monitoring inspection was attempted at the facility on 10/01/2019. The facility was not open, so compliance could not be determined. A facility representative reported that the facility does not have any residents in care, but is actively involved in marketing for new residents. Please let your inspector know when you admit your first resident.
