An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted by the Licensing Inspector from the Eastern Regional Office on 12/18/2019 from 12:05 PM to 1:50 PM. The complaint alleged concerns with the facility not having supplies for infection control/resident use, a rodent infestation on the special care unit, faulty laundry equipment, and concerns with resident falls. There were 89 residents in care at the time of the inspection. A tour of the men's and women's special care unit was conducted. Supplies for infection control/resident use were reviewed. 3 resident record were also reviewed. The complaint was found not valid at this time.
