Two Representatives with the Division of licensing conducted and unannounced, non-mandated, monitoring inspection. The inspection was a result of a facility self reported incident. The Licensing Inspectors observed the facility physical plant, reviewed resident records and interviewed staff. During the inspection no violations were cited.
