Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A complaint inspection was initiated on 05/22/2020 and concluded on 05/29/2020. A complaint was received by the department regarding administrator coverage. The administrator was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The licensing inspector emailed a list of documentation required to complete the investigation. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.

Description:	Based on interviews and documentation review it was determined the facility did not maintain a written work schedule that includes the names and job classifications of all staff working each shift, with an indication of whomever is in charge at any given time. Evidence: The administrator schedule did not list the time worked each day. The schedule documented the number of hours worked on a scheduled day.
