A non-mandated focused monitoring inspection to ensure previous violations risked at B- 3 or above had been corrected, was initiated on 10/13/2021 and concluded on 10/21/2021. The administrator was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The licensing inspector emailed the administrator a list of documentation required to complete the investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not find any non-compliance with standards or law. No violations were cited.
