Comments:

Two licensing inspectors conducted an unannounced complaint inspection at Commonwealth Senior Living-Christiansburg on 01/04/2022 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint has been determined to be not valid. An exit meeting was held on 01/10/2022 to finalize the complaint. As a result of this investigation, no violations are being cited.
