Two Representatives with the Division of Licensing conducted an unannounced non-mandated complaint inspection. The complaint was initiated on 12/09/2021 and ended on 01/09/22. During the inspection representatives interviewed residents and staff, reviewed resident records and additional documents provided by the facility. There was not enough evidence to support the allegation and the complaint is found to be not valid.
