The licensing inspector for Commonwealth Senior Living Christiansburg conducted a one day non mandated complaint inspection on 04/11/2022 regarding allegations of incorrect medication administration. After reviewing resident records, Medication Administration Records and physician's orders it has been determined that the preponderance of evidence gathered/reviewed during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. The inspection began at 2:00pm and concluded at 3:00pm on 04/11/2022 and an exit meeting was held with the administrator to review the findings of the investigation.
