Census 106 Number of records reviewed and interviews conducted- 4 records, 8 interviews. All the Standards were not reviewed at the time of inspection. The Licensing inspector observed the residents during activities and meal times. The Licensing Inspector reviewed the documentation presented as well as emergency preparedness plans. All documentation was posted as required. A recommendation will be made for licensure.
