Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted on 7/16/18 in response to a self-report of a parental complaint received by the licensing office on 07/03/18. Inspector met with the parent and child involved on 7/13/18. Interviews with staff, record reviews, and observation were conducted relating to the parents allegations in the area of supervision. There information gathered during the inspection does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid". If you have any questions, contact the licensing inspector at (757)354-7307.
