Description: Based on1 of 5 records reviewed, the licensee did not ensure new staff completed Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff with in 90 days after hired date. Evidence: During the inspection Staff #2 ( hire date 4/4/2018) did not have documentation of completing Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff.

Plan of Correction: The staff is working on completing the training.

Standard #: VENDSUB-000-012-E
Description: Based on 1 of 5 records reviewed, the vendor did not ensure staff providing care to children had CPR and First Aid within 30 days of the date of employment . Evidence: During the subsidy inspection conducted on July 27, 2018, staff #1 ( Date of hire 1/18/2018) did not have CPR and First aid documentation for completing the training with in 30 days of employment.

Plan of Correction: The staff has completed but will obtain a copy for the record.

Standard #: VENDSUB-000-031-A
Description: Based on and interview and review of procedures, the vendor did not have accommodations or special requirements for infants, toddlers, and children with special needs to ensure their safety during shelter-in-place, lockdown and evacuation. Evidence: During the subsidy inspection conducted on July 27, 2018, the vendor was unable to locate the emergency preparedness plan that includes the accommodations or special requirements for infants, toddlers, and children with special needs to ensure their safety during shelter-in-place, lockdown and evacuation.

Plan of Correction: The owner/program director will e-mail a copy.
