Discussed with the Director: Assure that the addresses for emergency contacts for children are full street addresses as well as town.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 9:30 and ending at 11:00. There were 54 children present with 12 staff. Children were observed during circle time, playing outside on the equipment and playground and having soccer instruction. Reviewed 5 children's files and 5 staff files - complete Emergency drills are up to date. Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B
Description: Based on observation it was determined that not all hazardous materials were locked. Evidence: In the two year old classroom, there were cleaning supplies on a high shelf in the bathroom. the cleabing supplies were out of reach of the children but were not locked as required by the standards.

Plan of Correction: The Director removed the cleaning supplies and placed then in a closet that locks.
