Standard #: VENDSUB-000-006-B-11 Description: Based on record review, the center did not obtain a written allergy care plan for each child with a diagnosed food allergy. Evidence: Child #9, Child #10 and Child #11 physical exams confirm that the children have diagnosed food allergies. The children's files do not instructions from a physician regarding the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction. Plan of Correction: We'll ask the parents to discuss the allergies with their doctors to get the required paperwork.
