Technical Assistance:
Discussion of the subsidy regulations and how they apply to the Child Day Center (CDC). A discussion was also held in regards to: a serious injury that occurred on 07/23/2018, the center's posted allergy list, and the lockdown drill completed during the summer.

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted at the Loudoun Valley Community Center located in the town of Purcellville, Virginia. This inspection was conducted on 08/29/2018, between the hours of 10 am through 1:30 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An Unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
