Standard #: 22VAC40-185-550-E
Description: Based on review of emergency drills log and interview with staff, the center did not ensure to maintain record of the dates of the practice drills. Evidence: During the inspection on October 4, 2018, a review of the fire drills log was complete and the fire drill for the month of June was not documented on the log. Interview with staff confirmed that a fire drill for the month of June was completed at the program, however it was not recorded.

Plan of Correction: The Center Supervisor will ensure all fire drills are documented immediately after completion.
