Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today at 11:30am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 30 children under the supervision of 7 staff. There are no children receiving subsidy at this time. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. If you have any questions regarding this inspection please email me at mary.wizbicki@dss.virginia.gov
