At the time of entrance there were 47 children ages four months to four years old in care with ten staff. Children were observed participating in various activities in the classroom, playing outside, eating lunch and during rest period. Records were reviewed for five children and five staff during the inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. New subsidy requirements became effective on October 17, 2018. The facility has not yet complied with the following requirement(s): 22VAC40-665-540 TB screening.
