Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 8:10am to 9:00am. 36 children were present with 2 staff members at the beginning of the inspection. Ratios remained in compliance throughout the visit. The physical space, staff records, children?s records, evacuation drills, required posted documents, injury reports and attendance records were reviewed. Medications were also reviewed. Lunch boxes from home were labeled correctly. The space was organized and contained an ample supply of age appropriate materials. Children were observed playing games, interacting with staff members and reading. The field trip today was cancelled due to rain.
