A modification inspection was conducted today from 8am through 9am. As the building has not received a license there were not any children in care. The currently building is newly built and is the location for Norfolk Public School Camp Allen Elementary School. The Champions Before and After School program will take place the cafeteria. At this time the requested capacity is for 50 children. Rest rooms are located directly across the hallway from the cafeteria. Floor plans, site plans, fire and health inspections, insurance documentation were provided and reviewed. During the inspection materials and equipment were reviewed, the space was measured, first aid kit emergency items were reviewed and emergency evacuation and lock down plans were discussed. There were not any violations of standards identified during this inspection.
