Technical Assistance:
Reviewed the Child Care Program Regulation (22VAC40-665) - Subsidy inspection requirements memo and Group Size Requirements Information Sheet that was distributed to subsidy providers on 10/16/2018. Left a copy of memo and information sheet with the provider.

Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced focused inspection on Friday, October 26, 2018 from 09:25am to 10:00am. This inspection focused on the main areas of previous non-compliance. The children were observed playing in learning centers and going outside to play on the playground. The following child to staff ratio was observed: Infants and Toddlers-6:2 Two's-5:1 Preschool-10:1 School Age-not present If you have any questions about this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector, Roshon Casey, at (804) 662-9760.
