During the inspection, the licensing inspector discussed with the Site Director: - suspected food allergy for Child #8
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:50pm-3:20pm. A total of 39 children were present and in the care of 5 staff. Children were observed arriving to the afterschool program and while engaged in various group and individual group activities. A sample of 10 children's records, staff training and emergency contacts, emergency drills, medications, and other documents were reviewed. There were no violations during this inspection.
