Discussed adding 1 classroom to the 2nd floor. Measured the space for the future.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 10:25am and 11:25am. 53 children were present with 8 staff members. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 4 children's records, 3 staff records, evacuation drills, attendance records, the menu, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, medications, emergency supplies and required posted documents were reviewed. Children were observed in dramatic play, painting, working with blocks, playing outside and interacting with the staff. Interactions were positive.
