Technical Assistance:
? New subsidy requirements became effective on October 17, 2018. The facility has not yet complied with the following requirement(s): consistent care plan; continuity of operations policy. ? The facility is to review the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure future compliance

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 63 children in care, with a total of 11 staff assigned to their direct supervision. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Description: Based on a review of children's medications, it was determined that one food allergy care plan did not include the physician's signature. Evidence: One child's food allergy action plan was not signed by the physician.

Plan of Correction: The parent will be asked to have the plan signed by the doctor.
