An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted with the center director and center staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date (see separate report for details). Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There are currently six staff employed at the facility. Please be sure all staff have documentation of the mandatory VA Pre-service Training current certification in first aid and CPR no later than 1/16/2019. There are no children with diagnosed food allergies currently enrolled. Reminder: evacuation drills are required monthly, shelter in place drills are required twice a year, and a lockdown drill is required once a year. Lockdown drills are to isolate children and staff from a security threat; shelter in place is to protect children from a natural or manmade threat. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. A compliance history is in no way a rating for a facility.
The online compliance history includes only information after July 1, 2003. In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights.
