Discussed license stipulations regarding # of 2 year olds allowed on site.
An unannounced mandated Monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30 am to 1:15 pm. There were 156 children and with 26 staff present. Children were observed singing in circle time, reading books, building with blocks, speaking Spanish, learning about matter, playing on the playground, practicing their letters, washing hands, having snack (graham crackers and pears), painting a castle, attending to sick stuffed animals in the "vet clinic". Reviewed 3 children's files, 3 staff files, emergency evacuation log and supplies, fire inspection, 6 playgrounds, and physical plant. There were no violations of the Standards observed during this inspection.
