Technical Assistance:
Discussed and clarified the USDA guidelines regarding the snack served to school age children.

Comments:
An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on January 24, 2019 from approximately 2:10 pm until 3:35 pm. Upon entrance there were 46 children and 3 staff present with children. The record review sample consisted of 5 children's records and the required documentation on site for 3 staff. Children were observed playing large group games in the gym and working on art projects. Four medications were reviewed. The resilient surfacing on the playground was not inspected due to inclement weather. There were no violations cited during the inspection.
