Comments:
Licensing inspector arrived at 1:47 pm and departed at 4:26 pm to conduct a licensing inspection and a Subsidy Health and Safety inspection. At the time of the tour there were 56 children in care with 7 staff . Children were observed during nap time . The sample size consisted of 5 children records and 6 staff records. Areas of non-compliance was reviewed with the director.

Description: Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure there was continuity of operation procedures to ensure essential function are maintained during and emergency. Evidence: On January 17, 2019, the center did not add the procedures for continuity of operations to ensure that essential functions are maintained during an emergency in the center's emergency plan. Confirmed by staff in charge.
