- Technical Assistance:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection Tuesday, January 31, 2019 from 11:30am to 2:05pm. The children were observed eating lunch. The infants were observed eating lunch, being changed and sleeping. All classrooms were inspected today, as well as the facilities mini buses. Six children?s records and six employee records were reviewed during this inspection. The center administers medication and it was reviewed. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 12/05/2018 Last shelter-in-place drills: 09/26/2018 Last fire inspection: 05/29/2018 Last health inspection: 11/27/2018 Total enrollment today: 63 Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed: Infants ?12:4 Toddlers ?5:1 Twos ? 15:2 Preschool (Threes) ?14:2 Pre-K ?17:3 School Age ?not present The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
