Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on February 7, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Three staff were present with thirty-one children. Additional children arrived during inspection. Five children's records and required information to be maintained on site for three staff were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Description: Based on interview, facility did not ensure the written emergency preparedness plan has documentation of all required components. Evidence: On February 7, 2019, site supervisor stated she was not aware of nor could she find statement(s) in the emergency preparedness plan that address the continuity of operations procedures to ensure that essential functions are maintained during an emergency.

Plan of Correction: The Center Supervisor will ensure procedures are in place and included in emergency plans to maintain the continuity of operations during an emergency.
