Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with director. The age range of the children was three months to twelve years old. Children were observed during free play, snack. No children were on mediation at this time. All required paperwork was posted. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-370-5
Description: Based on review and staff interviews the center did not record 30 minutes of tummy time for infants that can't roll over. Evidence: There was no record for tummy time for the infants that can not roll over.

Plan of Correction: I will remind staff to record tummy time daily.
