Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 02/28/2019. Present during the inspection were 11 children, ages 3 years-5 years, in the care of 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and the on-site staff record requirements for 2 staff members. The staff stated that there were no medications being administered at this time. The children were observed in the following activities: circle time, music and movement, centers/free choice play, large motor play outside and during lunch. The children were also observed participating in a fire drill. The inspector reviewed the additional classroom space that will be used beginning on 03/04/3019. The inspector reviewed the emergency evacuation, shelter-in-place and the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed the following with the staff: hand washing requirements, over-the-counter skin ointments, children's behavior/documentation and the licensing process. Description: Based on observations and discussion with the staff, the facility failed to ensure that when meals or snacks are provided by the center, that a menu listing foods to be served for meals and snacks during the current one-week period shall be posted in a location conspicuous to parents. Evidence: There was no lunch menu posted. The breakfast menu was posted in the classroom.

Plan of Correction: A lunch menu was brought to the facility and posted during the inspection.
