A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 2/26/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 15 children present with 3 staff. Children were observed making the letter T with Cheerios and pipe cleaners, practicing their letters, having free play, reading books, washing hands for lunch (fish sticks, broccoli, mashed potatoes, and fruit) and napping. Reviewed 3 children's files, 5 staff files, attendance, menus, emergency evacuation log and supplies, outdoor playground, and physical plant. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Should you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact Georganne Buccine (email@example.com)
