63.2 Facilities & Programs.
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Thursday, March 7, 2019 from approximately 10:50 am to 12:30 pm to determine the program's compliance with licensing standards. During this inspection, initially there were 17 children present with 2 staff. The licensing inspector observed the children in care participating in a variety of activities to include completing handwashing and bathroom breaks, eating snack, participating in quiet reading in pairs, transitioning outdoor to the playground area, engaged in play with peers and equipment, participating in circle time, and preparing for lunch time in cafeteria. The children's snack consisted of a cheese stick and milk. The first aid kit and emergency supplies, posted emergency contacts, emergency drills, menu, required postings were reviewed by the inspector. During this inspection, there were five children's records and two staff records reviewed. The program's bathroom, classroom, and equipment were inspected. Medication is being administered, one medication, and written authorizations were reviewed for the center's compliance. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
