Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Monday, March 18, 2019 from approximately 3:50 pm until 5:15 pm to determine the program's compliance with licensing standards. The licensing inspector observed 29 children being supervised by 2 staff including the site supervisor. During the inspection, the children were observed by the licensing inspector completing a variety of activities to include working in a variety of centers, playing a game with staff, interacting with peers and staff, completing bathroom breaks, lining up for snack, and eating dinner in the cafeteria. The children's snack consisted of hot dog with bun, green beans, fresh fruit, and milk . The licensing inspector observed the children transitioning into the program's from the school bus. The licensing inspector also completed observations of the during parent pick up. The following information was reviewed: emergency supplies, menu, fire and shelter-in-place drills, and children's allergies. Medication is being administered, medications, and written authorizations were reviewed for the center's compliance. There were five children?s records and two of the staff's emergency contacts and required certificates of completion were reviewed during this inspection.
