Technical Assistance:
Provided copies of the child record form, fire drill form and medication form. Contact CPS at 804-726-7567 to ask if they have received the central registry for the board officer.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:15 am-11:00. There were a total of 24 children with 6 staff members present. Children were observed engaged in group activities, play dough, magnets, marker art and math. The playground and surfacing was inspected. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. There were no violations cited this date.
