A complaint inspection was conducted from 1:00pm to 3:30pm in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office 3/20/2019. After interviewing staff and reviewing all available facts, there was not a preponderance of evidence to make the complaint allegation founded; the complaint allegation was not valid.
