Technical Assistance:
Discussed difficulties staff have obtaining children's health records from the main office. Records must be kept in the SACC classroom, as well as the main office, because the main office/clinic will not always be open during SACC's hours of operation.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between approximately 7:20am and 8:30am. 9 children were present with 2 staff at the beginning of the inspection. Ratios remained in compliance throughout the inspection. The physical space, staff records, attendance, evacuation drills, 5 student records and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Children were engaged in crafts, games and small group interactions. The space contained an abundance of age appropriate materials. In addition, the school is under construction but SACC rooms have not currently changed. No violations were cited today.
