An unannounced non-mandated monitoring focused inspection was conducted on Monday, April 08, 2019 in response to an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC) presented to the facility on February 12, 2019 and completed/accepted on March 13, 2019. The inspector was on-site on April 08, 2019 from 11:00am until approximately 11:45am. The licensing standards addressed in the plan included: 22VAC40-185-(2)-130-A; 63.2-(17)-1720.1-B-2; and 63.2-(17)-1721.1-B-2. During this inspection, compliance was determined with the following: administration and license and registration procedures. No violations of the licensing standards were cited during this inspection.
