Comments:
An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on April 18, 2019 in response to an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC) presented to the facility on March 14, 2019. The licensing standards addressed in the plan included: tuberculosis screening (22 VAC 40-185-(2)-160-A) and background clearances (63.2(17)-1720.1-B-2, 63.2(17)-1720.1- B-3, 63.2(17)-1721.1-B-2). During this inspection, background clearances and tuberculosis screening records were reviewed. Thirty-five (35) children were enrolled and present on this date. No violations of the licensing standards were cited during this inspection.
