The following inspection took place between the hours of 9:30 am through 11:30 am. Today, I met with the Staff of the Ida-Lee Park Recreation Center located in the town of Leesburg, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 16 children with 2 staff; good ratio for the morning 3's classroom. A total of 5 children?s files and 4 staff files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: large motor activities on the outdoor playground, bathroom breaks, hand washing, snack, center play within the classroom, and other organized activities. A medication review and parent/teacher conferences also took place on the date of inspection. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail. Thank you.
