Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 4:00 p.m. and ending at 5:15 p.m. with the director and one staff. There were 19 children in care ranging in age from 6 years to 10 years of age. Children were observed having snack. Snack today was goldfish crackers, cheese stick and water. Children who didn't want snack were observed playing at centers. After snack, children washed hands and played at their choice of centers. Centers included legos, imagination play and manipulatives. Five children's records and two staff records were reviewed. Two medications and authorizations were reviewed.
