A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/29/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 2:10pm and ended at 3:30pm. There were 2 staff with 19 children in the school cafeteria at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed greeting staff, playing in small groups (legos, dolls) creating a spaceship craft to fly outside and discussing the children's astrology. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were 4 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
