Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint regarding staff-to-child ratios and forbidden actions by staff that was received by the licensing department on 04/10/2019. The inspection was initiated on 04/10/2019. On 05/03/2019, the inspector was on site from 9:45 AM to 11:30 PM. During the inspections, interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection. If you have any questions about this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector, Lynn Powers at (804) 662-9790.
