A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 05/14/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 9:35am and ended at 12:00pm. There were 84 children in care with 16 staff. The children were observed coloring, painting, at circle time, listening to a story, playing on the playground and during lunch. Six staff?s records and nine children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
